Travel and Accommodations Liability
Bali Advisor itself is not a carrier or an hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The flights, coach journeys and other travel and hotel accommodations which comprise your tour are provided by reputable carriers and hoteliers. It is important to note therefore that all bookings with Bali Advisor are subject to terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators. Hoteliers and other service providers, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect to death, personal injury and delay or loss and damage of baggage.
We will do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory. However, we cannot accept liability of whatever nature for Acts of Omission or default whether negligent or otherwise of those airlines, coaches, operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your trip, and with whom we have no exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in Contract Or in Tort (actionable wrong) or which are not preventable by Reasonable Diligence on our part including but not limited to war, Civil Disturbance, fire, flood, acts of God or acts of Governments or any Authorities, accidents or failure of machinery or equipment, or Industrial action.
